Elegant LED Mirror is always active in after-sales services and will take our responsibility all the time. Negotiating with clients and reach the best solutions.

 

Procedure:

1. Send feedback photos for exact problem to our sales persons, and also please take photos for the back of the mirror, there is a series order number, so that we can do analysis for exact order.

 

2. Elegant will react for after sales problem as soon as possible.

 

3. After doing analysis for the complaint problem, if it caused because of production, Elegant will handle to discuss with clients and find out the best solution to solve the after sales problem.


Provision:

1. Elegant provides 5 years guarantee time.

 

2. Elegant will not be responsible for any problems caused by force majeure.

 

3. Elegant will not be responsible for any man-made damages or similar problems

 

4. Elegant has the right of final interpretation.
